Congratulations to the Altice innovation winners!

One of Exago’s longest-standing and most innovative clients, the multinational telecoms company Altice has announced the winners of the Altice Innovation Award 2018.

Fuel Save, a mobile app that provides real-time training for truck drivers, was named the Startup Winner, while Vanessa Duarte picked up the Academia award for her project on new generation beamforming Tb/s speed telecom payloads.

At a special ceremony on October 10, the winners received €50,000 and €25,000, respectively, with the Startup award representing the biggest cash prize ever attributed in Portugal in the field of innovation.

Launched to promote and recognise entrepreneurship and technological talent, the international Altice Innovation Award received more than 80 applications from Portugal, France and Israel, in the categories of telecoms, media & content and data & advertising. Our congratulations to the winners!
